Daipoor

Me did a workshop with the kids at River Heights. They are raising money to build a school in UDaipur? (India) one that values equality among both female and male students. They tell me that its very traditional, in that most schools are predominantly male, while females are to stay at home and do the cooking, cleaning, and whatnot. We spent a morning discussing ideas to create a logo that represented their mission. In the end, this was what we came up with. The wings symbolize freedom, as well as their school. Ecole River Heights Hawks. Just wanted to share.

What a process you had the honour of leading -- excellent job! I thought the 2 people were just a heart at first; now I see that they are connected also. Love the wings, beautiful. Nicely done.

Thanks Kat! Did you notice the two R's as well? One R for River Heights, and the mirrored R for Rajasthan
